My professional background is web design. I came to digital scrapping in 2004 while creating a web site for a client who happened to be a paper scrapper. She wanted her web site to look like a “real scrapbook”. This led to a search for “digital scrapbook” and I was lost in a haze of scrapbook pixels.

A few weeks later I built Digital Freebies and began designing products for digital scrappers. And yes, it did happen that quickly!

The last year brought very exciting personal changes for me. My design career has been significantly impacted and I am not nearly as prolific a scrapbook product designer as I was. However, with the addition of a wonderful assistant, Elizabeth, Digital Freebies will continue to offer the loveliest digital scrapbook freebies on the web.

Scrapping is a great way to preserve family memories, but do your family a favor and be sure to take snapshots of your life, your heart, your dreams and loves. There is no greater gift to those that love us and want to know us.

I have an amazing husband, four delightful children, a neurotic Maltese, and a serious addiction to Diet Coke Good Earth Original Tea, iced, please! (shhh!). Life is sweet.
